Mentorship

A six-month mentorship program for leaders who want more than survival. Structured, human, and focused on creating real momentum.

Leadership can feel isolating. The higher you climb, the fewer people you can talk to honestly about the challenges. I have been there, from building teams to shaping strategy to standing alone in rooms full of executives.

This program is about cutting through the noise. You do not need another inspirational talk. You need a partner who has lived the reality of leadership, who can help you see clearly, and who can keep you accountable to the leader you want to become.

I offer a structured, human approach to mentorship.

What we'll explore together

Leading self

Great leadership starts within. To do this, we'll focus on self-awareness, clarity, and confidence. You'll explore your unique strengths, values, and default patterns—so you can lead from a place of purpose, not pressure.

Leading others

Leadership isn't about control, but about connection. We'll focus on how you influence, support, and grow the people around you. You'll learn how to motivate, coach, give feedback, and develop team excellence.

Leading what's next

Good leaders deliver. Great leaders evolve. We'll look outward—toward strategy, change, and what comes next. You'll build the mindset and tools to lead through complexity, shaping what's next with intention and momentum.

Together, we'll co-define your leadership vision and career plan

We begin with a structured process over the first 6-months, designed to create real momentum. It blends conversation and action across multiple modes:

  • A clear, strengths-based personal leadership vision.
  • A structured, outcomes-focused career plan unique to you.
  • Tools to articulate your impact, value, and growth trajectory.

I've led teams at scale, and I've coached leaders one-on-one, and I've developed a model that works. You can see it in practice by downloading the real version I use for myself.

Then, we put it into action

FAQs

Who is this mentorship for?

It's designed for design leaders at the manager level and above—people navigating the complex middle of leadership. You might be stepping into more responsibility, leading others for the first time, building a team, or preparing for what's next. If you're seeking clarity, confidence, and momentum, you're in the right place.

What does the mentorship look like?

It's a structured journey of at least 6 months, combining regular one-on-one sessions with self-directed work. You'll explore personal strengths (using Gallup CliftonStrengths), work through tailored prompts, read, reflect, and write. The rhythm is flexible—fortnightly or monthly—and always grounded in your real challenges and goals.

Is this coaching?

Not quite. This is mentorship with structure, reflection, and strategic depth. You get perspective, guidance, and challenge from someone who's done the work: leading teams, growing culture, scaling design, and navigating change.

What kind of outcomes should I expect?

Clarity on how you lead, why it matters, and what you're building next. Most mentees experience sharper thinking, stronger presence, better team dynamics, and a deeper sense of agency. You'll leave with tools, language, and a stronger centre of gravity.

Can I do this while between roles?

Absolutely. In fact, it's often the perfect time—before you're in a new rhythm, when you're choosing with intention. This mentorship helps you reflect, reset, and shape the next chapter on your own terms.

What's the time commitment?

It's designed to be practical and sustainable. You'll have 1:1 sessions either monthly or fortnightly, plus optional reflection and reading in between. Expect around 2–4 hours per month in total.
